Integrated Environmental Services utilizes an assortment of DOT (Department of Transportation) exempt cylinder overpacks. These units allow leaking or deteriorated
cylinders to be safely and legally transported over public roads in accordance with DOT regulations.

ECO HP-10

The ECO HP-10 is a state-of-the-art overpack employed to contain high-pressure cylinders. Gases released inside the overpack can be withdrawn via a valve and directed to an appropriate scrubber or repackaged. The ECO HP-10 overpack (top right) is also suitable for containing a wide variety of hazardous containers besides gas cylinders. It can be fitted with a penetration system and serve as a chemical reactor. This unit is particularly useful in first-response situations where immediate secure containment of a potentially dangerous item is desirable.

Chlorine Overpack

The Chlorine Overpack is designed to totally encapsulate a leaking chlorine cylinder by inserting the entire cylinder within the recovery vessel. This vessel is capable of
containing leaks that may occur in 100 & 150 lb chlorine cylinders. Like the ECO HP- 10, the chlorine overpack is a DOT exempt vessel and may be used to transport
cylinders.
